Privacy Policy for PrayerTrackr

PrayerTrackr was built to be a private place for your prayers. We do not run any servers, we do not have user accounts, and we never see what you write. This page explains what the app stores, where it lives, and the choices you have.

What the app stores

Everything you enter stays on your phone. This includes the names of the people you pray for, your prayer requests, updates, answered prayers, your prayer history, your prayer times, and the first name you give the app. We have no access to any of it.

What we collect

Nothing. PrayerTrackr contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking tools, and no outside software that gathers information about you. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or device details, and we do not sell or share data, because we never receive any.

iCloud features

Some features are optional and use your own iCloud account, which is provided by Apple.

If you choose to back up to iCloud, a copy of your prayer journal is saved to the private part of your iCloud account. Only you can reach it. We cannot.

If you create or join a shared list, the requests on that list are stored in iCloud and are visible to everyone you or the list owner invites. Anyone with the invitation link can view and add to that list, so share it only with people you trust. Your personal requests are never part of a shared list unless you add them to it yourself.

Apple handles this information under its own privacy policy. You can stop using these features at any time, and you can delete a shared list you own, which removes it for everyone.

Request links

If you share your request link, the person who opens it fills in a short form on a web page. That form does not send their request to us or save it anywhere. The request is placed inside the message they choose to send you, and it reaches your app only when you tap it. The company that hosts the page may keep ordinary visit records, such as the time of a visit and an internet address, as nearly all websites do. We do not use those records.

Notifications

Prayer reminders are created and delivered on your phone. They are not sent through any server, and no one else can see them. You can turn them off at any time in your phone settings.

Purchases

PrayerTrackr Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and we never see your card or billing details. We only learn, on your device, whether a subscription is active.

Children

PrayerTrackr does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.

Your choices

You can edit or delete any request in the app. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone. An iCloud backup or shared list can be removed from inside the app or through your iCloud settings. You can also export your prayers as a document at any time.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
